He has hired and developed team members, worked with commercial stakeholders to prioritize requests, allocated capacity, managed delivery schedules, and made candid calls when a proposed path was not the right fit.
As co-owner and CTO of 4V Services since 2018, he continues to make the practical decisions growing companies face: where to invest, when to build or buy, how to strengthen a team, and how to adopt new capabilities responsibly. AI is an important part of that work, but not the entire strategy. The focus remains on applying technology where it creates real, durable value.
